We believe a good stay is about more than a room. It is about having enough space, clear information, a convenient location, and someone you can contact when you need help.
Our approach combines private apartment living with practical hospitality services to make travel simpler, whether you're visiting for a few days or settling in for an extended stay.
Our Story
PrimeNest was created with a straightforward goal: make furnished apartment stays in Addis Ababa easier to find, easier to arrange, and more comfortable to experience.
Travelers have different priorities. A family may need multiple bedrooms and a kitchen. A business traveler may prioritize location and internet access. A visitor arriving late at night may value clear airport and check-in arrangements.
We work to understand these requirements and connect guests with suitable accommodation.
By bringing together selected apartments, local coordination, and additional travel services, PrimeNest aims to provide a more complete hospitality experience.
Our Philosophy
Comfort
Accommodation should provide a practical, welcoming environment where guests can relax and feel at home.
Reliability
Guests deserve accurate apartment information, clear booking arrangements, and dependable communication.
Hospitality
Professional service and personal attention should work together.
Flexibility
Every visit is different. Our accommodation options and guest services should reflect that.
